Life Ready
We want our children to develop a set of values and skills that will stand them in good stead now and in later life. We take every opportunity to teach strategies for building social skills, resilience and raising self-esteem. We see these as vital steps in preparing our pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.
We aim to prepare our children to have developed ‘life ready’ skills by the time they transition to secondary school and so embed lots of the behaviours, attitudes and employability competencies found in the document below within our curriculum.
