SMBC Catering and ParentPay issues

Good morning Parents/Carers,

 

We have been informed via SMBC Catering department, that there have been issues regarding ParentPay accounts being overcharged for a school lunch on Monday 1 July 2024.   In many cases, you may see a double charge. 

 

SMBC catering are working hard to get this sorted, and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
