We welcome you and your child to Olton Primary Before and After School club, under the two club names of Orchards (Infant children) and Fielders (Junior children).
We are open during school term only (apart from Inset days). We provide a high quality of learning environment that is resourced both indoors and outdoors. We acknowledge the important role that you as a parent/carer play in your child’s education and we value your support.
Children’s experiences at home are highly significant and when parents and staff work together to support children’s learning, the results can have a measurable and lasting effect upon their development. A successful partnership needs a two-way flow of information, knowledge and expertise and we very much look forward to developing this with you.
Attached below is the clubs prospectus, which has been completed to give you as much information as possible about the experiences your child will have whilst they are part of Orchards/Fielders childcare.

NEW CLUB BOOKINGS PROCEDURE (21.9.21)
Whilst many of you may not need our Before or After School club, I am receiving quite a few requests to book their child in on the day of contact.
Due to the way the new booking system works does take time to set up, therefore, if you think you may require this facility either on a secured or ADHOC basis, I would recommend you register your child only by completing pages 13-15 of the Club Prospectus and returning these to me. If you are only registering then please just score through the booking form. Once received, I can then set up your account and this will help should you require a booking or a late one-off booking. Whilst we cannot guarantee availability, we will always try to help.
