Year 6 Holdenby Trip Update
Good afternoon, Parent/Carers of Year 6 pupils,
This is an update on the above trip which is booked for January 2026 for Year 6.
At present, we have only received 59% of contributions towards this event. We appreciate the deadline for payment is tomorrow, 12 December 2025, but we do need to make you all aware that should we not receive full contributions, the event would need to be cancelled on Monday morning. This falls under the cancellation notice/charges that the event/coach companies would charge the school if we go over the deadline of tomorrow.
Should you require a barcode letter, please let us know by replying to this email.
If you have paid thank you, but should the event be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
