At Olton Primary School, our Nursery offers a 30-hour provision that runs alongside the main school day, helping children settle into familiar routines and feel fully part of our school community.

30-Hour Nursery Offer

Our sessions run:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 3:15pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 11:30am

This structure provides a full, continuous 30-hour provision across the week.

We recognise that some families may require childcare until 3:15pm on Fridays. To support this need, we offer a chargeable wraparound provision on Fridays from 11:30am – 3:15pm.

Our 30-hour Nursery offer:

• Supports a smooth and confident transition into Reception
• Establishes consistent daily routines
• Encourages the development of friendships
• Promotes strong learning continuity

Being in school for the full week allows children to build confidence, independence and secure relationships with both staff and peers.

15-Hour Provision

For families requiring a 15-hour place, we work closely with the local authority Early Years team to recommend suitable local settings that can provide the 15-hour offer you require.
