Autumn Disco - Additional Spaces

Dear KS2 Parents/Carers,

 

We have a few remaining tickets for the Autumn Disco on Friday 7th November and if you have not already requested a ticket, please complete the form on the link below.  Please do so by Thursday 6th November 9:30am.  Please also send in £5 in a named envelope for the ticket to be handed to the class teacher also by Thursday 6th to secure a ticket.

All childen must be collected by an adult after the disco, even if your child is ually a walker.
