Reception School Vision Test - Date Change

Dear Parents/Carers

 

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Reception Vision Tests will now take place on Monday 7th July 2025.

 

If your child DOES NOT require a vision test please complete and return the attached form by the 4th July 2025. Thank you to parents/carers who have already returned forms which will be carried over.

 

Please accept our apologies for the change in date.
