Dear Parents & Carers

This year the annual flu vaccination programme is being managed externally by Vaccination UK (Solihull).

For this reason, please look out for any email directly from Vaccination UK where you will need to click on the link and submit your permissions and responses.

At Olton, we are unable to provide permissions on your behalf, so please look out for this email which should arrive later today or tomorrow.

Please can you click the link by the end of the day on Wednesday 7th October as the vaccination team is starting to deliver immunisations on Thursday 8th October,

then a follow up session on Thursday 19th November.

Please contact the school office if you have any further questions on 0121 706 2655 or12office@olton.solihull.sch.uk

Thank you
