Learning Together, Achieving More
Dear Parents/Carers,
Data Collection Sheet
Today each pupil will be bringing home their personal Olton Primary School Data Collection Sheet. We ask that you check all school bags for this envelope and kindly check all sections, amend where necessary and return to the School office immediately. All Data Collection sheets should be returned by Wednesday 27th September 2023. Even if there are no amendments, please sign and return the Data Sheet (this will be kept on your child’s file). It is essential that addresses (including the postcode) and telephone numbers for all contacts are completed. Please ensure that we have three named contacts for emergency contacts and the order in which they should be contacted, if not a minimum of two contacts would be acceptable.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Yours sincerely,
Mr L Chamberlain
Head Teacher
Good morning Nursery Parents/Carers,
We have now set up the Lunchtime care costs for your child commencing 18 September 2023. If you login to your ParentPay account you will see the Autumn 1 payment which is due no later than 20 October 2023. If you do not have a ParentPay account, please contact the school office, who will arrange for a barcode letter to be sent home with your child today/tomorrow which provides details of how to set up this account, or you can use the barcode letter to make payments at any Paypoint store, with the nearest to school being the Co-op in Lyndon road.
If you wish your child to purchase a school meal, you will need to apply (if not already) credit to the school meal payment item of a minimum of £2.55 per day. Credit should always be on your account by 8.30 each day.
Many thanks
Kind Regards

Finance Officer/Wraparound Admin Officer
Dear Parents/Carers,
We have had a few parents asking us if Song Squad will be returning this week.
Song Squad will not be taking place this week but we will be returning this term and we will update you with the new dates as soon as possible.

Good afternoon Parents/Carers
We trust you have all had an enjoyable Summer break and the children are looking forward to returning to us on Wednesday 6 September 2023.
This is a reminder for all Junior children (Years 3 to year 6) if purchasing a school meal (unless they are free school meals) you will need to apply credit to your ParentPay account by 8.30 each day, to cover the cost of the school meal price which is now £2.70 per day.
If you wish your child to purchase toast at break-time (£0.25 per day) the credit also needs to be on your ParentPay account by 8.30 am. Please note Free School Meals do not cover the cost of toast at break-time.
If we can ask you to speak to your child to let them know if they can or cannot order a school meal and or toast.
Many thanks
Kind Regards
