    Dear Parents/Carers and Friends,

Less than 45 minutes until we re-open the Christmas Fayre to our family and friends. Our Year 6 children have done us proud today managing lots of the stalls for every class across the school- well done! Thank you too for our brilliant parent volunteers too. Songsquad will be performing by the Christmas tree at about 3.30 pm. Lots of food available to purchase, burgers, hotdogs all at £2 and Falafel burgers at £1.50. Please remember to use the old junior school entrance.

Look forward to seeing you there!

  • Christmas Jumpers

    Thu 07 Dec 2023

    Dear Parent/Carers,

We have had many parents and carers asking about the children being able to wear Christmas Jumpers this week and we wanted to clear up any confusion around this, at this busy time at Olton Primary.

Children if they wish, are welcome to wear a Christmas Jumper tomorrow Friday 8th December in celebration of our Christmas Fayre.  As a reminder the Christmas Fayre will be open to parents and carers from 3:15pm-4:45pm.  After school all children must be accompanied by an adult.

On Wednesday 13th December, will be our school Christmas Lunch and children are also invited to wear their Christmas Jumpers again.

Thanks you for your continued support.

    Kind Regards,

  • Netball Club Cancelled Today

    Thu 07 Dec 2023

    Good afternoon,

Unfortunately the weather is against us at the minute, forecasting heavy rain for 3pm and so please be advised that Netball club is cancelled this afternoon. Please make alternative end of day arrangements for your child. If your child is normally a walker at the end of the day, they will be allowed to walk as normal unless you advise us otherwise.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind regards

  • Charity Calendars

    Tue 05 Dec 2023

    Dear Parents and Carers,

The children have been creating some beautiful artwork to go on our annual charity calendars, which will be going home tomorrow.  We are working alongside several other schools and colleges to support Cancer Research UK.  We are asking for a donation of 50p which we will be sending to the charity to support their valuable research and support for families currently living with cancer.  After school tomorrow, there will be some collection buckets by the exits should you wish to donate money there.

We do hope that you love the calendars and that this Christmas we can make a donation from our school community to a very worthy cause.

    Kind regards,
