This is a reminder with regards to the above trip.

The deadline for payment (£6.00) is next Friday 24 May 2024. This is showing on all ParentPay accounts, however, should you wish a barcode letter to be sent home with your child, please let me know by return.

As you know the school has already contributed £4.50 towards this event for every pupil, but as a school, we would not be able cover any further shortfall. This would mean, should we not receive full contribution for each child, the event would need to be cancelled.

Thank you to the Parent/Carers that have paid, and as per above, if the event was cancelled you would receive a full refund.

Dear Parent/Carers,

As you are aware, the school has booked the above workshop to come into school for the Year 5 children. 

The cost of the workshop is £5.50 per pupil, and as a school we were pleased to be able to contribute £4.50 towards this for each pupil.  However, we do need to kindly ask if all Parent/Carers can contribute the additional £1.00 (on ParentPay) on or before the deadline of next Wednesday 15 May 2024.  Unfortunately, if we are unable to collect all funds in to pay for this event, we would have to cancel the event.

Thank you to the Parent/Carers who have already paid, and should the event be cancelled, we would refund the £1.00 back to you.

Should you wish to make the payment via a barcode letter, please let me know, and I can arrange for your child to bring one home today/tomorrow.

Please be advised that Netball Club is cancelled for the next two weeks on Thursday 9^th May and Thursday 16^th May due to school commitments. The last session before half term will go ahead on Thursday 30^th May.
